Glen comes to ELBP with a wealth of experience in leading high performance relationship and business development teams in the financial services and IT outsourcing sectors.

As a Relationship Director with the UK’s largest cheque clearing and payments outsourced service provider, Glen was responsible for E2E commercial leadership of all key client and supplier engagements, via strong relationship management which delivered total quality, fast-to-market supply and value chains.

Having originated from East London, been raised in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, and now residing in Havering, Glen has a naturally strong and close affinity with the boroughs involved in the ELBP project, and is therefore extremely passionate about supporting local regeneration and promoting to the buyer community the benefits of utilising a diverse local SME supplier-base.

Glen’s key strengths lie in applying pragmatic business acumen and a ‘right-first-time’ approach to all opportunities, whilst forging open and long lasting relationships between buyers and suppliers, and he therefore sees his role, and that of his SDO team, as the ideal vehicle for productive and sustainable SME development going forward.
