This interactive workshop has been designed to help small to medium businesses to develop their skills and knowledge of how to bullet proof their business against financial leakages through effective financial systems and controls in order for them to grow their business and become more competitive in the tender process.

• Often during the tender process you will be asked for your organisations accounts and cash flow forecast which are used for assessing your businesses financial health. The PQQ evaluation process comprises of two stages: an evaluation of your organisations technical capability and capacity, and an assessment of your companies financial standing and accounts.
  
  The workshop will cover interpretation of financial statements, how to put together your budgets and how to effectively use budgets to control performance and results within your business.
